They go above and beyond to provide customized care from the moment you arrive, to the moment you drive away. I highly recommend this establishment and will continue to use them for all my auto care needs in the future.
I had a very positive experience with the management and staff at Strut Daddy's. I received an immediate response for the next day appointment I made online. The wait time for an assessment of the brakes on my SUV was minimal. A thorough explanation of the problem and was presented to me with options for the repair. An added bonus was the use of a loaner vehicle while the repair was being made. I highly recommend Strut Daddy's and will seek their services again.
I was very pleased with the service done on my car as well as the follow up to make sure that I was happy with the work. I appreciate the wonderful job that Chris did with getting my appointment setup and working with me when I was there in person. I would definitely recommend bringing a vehicle to this shop! This is the best experience I have had with car maintenance. They told me what issues I had and asked how I would like to take care of them. I didn't feel forced or pressured to do anything. The staff here are top notch very polite and helpful. Pricing is not bad for the quality of work and customer service rendered
When you purchase $25 or more in service from a TECHNET PROFESSIONAL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE® center, you’re covered for 365 days when you need a tow-to-safety, lock-out aid, battery jump start, emergency fuel delivery, or flat tire changing assistance.
The Program benefit is limited to the reimbursement of two (2) roadside assistance incidents for any covered services per Coverage Period per Covered Vehicle, up to a maximum eligible reimbursement amount of seventy-five ($75.00 USD) dollars per disablement (the “Benefit Limit”).
If you are in need of roadside assistance, call the 24-Hour ToYourRescue™ 365 Roadside Assistance program toll-free number at 1-866-588-0728 (option 2). The roadside assistance administration will schedule the dispatch. The service provider (the “Service Provider”) requires use of a credit card to arrange for dispatch. You will be reimbursed for covered services up to the Benefit Limit upon our receipt of your complete request for reimbursement.
Documents and claim form (receipt of roadside assistance services and original repair invoice) may be sent by fax to 866-449-7301, by email to email@example.com, or by postal mail to TECH-NET Customer Care, P.O. Box 17659, Golden, CO 80402.
