Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Honestly the cleanest shop I have ever visited. Had 4 tires replaced along with some additional preventive maintenance. No surprises and they did exactly what they said they would in a timely manner. I will bring my vehicles for all future work to this location and I highly recommend them for any of your auto needs.
I just moved back to the area a few months ago and was calling around to get some price quotes. I had the great fortune of speaking with Kim. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was so customer friendly. More shops need women like that who make other women feel comfortable, not stupid. I look forward to working with Kim at StrutDaddy's on all of my repairs.
They listened to my concerns and did a complete inspection. They were so nice explaining what they had found and how they fixed it. The guy that drove me home while repairs were being done couldn't have been nicer! He came back the next day to get me so I could pick up my vehicle. I can't say enough good things about StrutDaddy's. They know their stuff and are professional and courteous. I will definitely go back when needed!
My first visit to StrutDaddy's was today. Good customer service is hard to find but I found it today. Efficient, quick, they repaired a tire on my Z06 Corvette which I quite particular with. The ladies at the front desk were a smiling pleasure to deal with.

I had a terrific experience with Strut Daddy's in Roxboro from start to finish. I came in due to a whining sound from one of my tires. I interacted with 6 different people while getting the work done, all of which were friendly, professional, and quick to respond. A+ marks for communication, customer service (they took me to and from my office twice), cost (I called around after getting the estimate and didn't find anyone cheaper), and quality of work. I'll definitely be back!
My service light came on, so I brought my car in to them. They got my car in quick for diagnostics. They didn’t have the part that day, but they got it the next day. My car was fixed quickly, and they even dropped my car off to me at my house when it was done. They called with updates, and they followed up a few days later to make sure everything was going well. I plan on bringing my car here from now on. Great staff - super friendly and helpful!
They do a great and thorough examination of the car while doing just an oil change. They let me know of other things I should look to repair. Overall enjoyable experience.
Every time I call and make an appointment they always work with me around my work time and they are very polite on the phone and in the office from the first time I started going up there and I recommend them to anyone that needs work done to their vehicle.
